USAkustik utilizes a top-of-the-line spray finishing system with automatic spray guns all in an enclosed chamber. USAkustik has implemented strict manufacturing procedures and processes to address and avoid the common finishing issues and we take great pride in the superior quality our finishing system provides.
Our opaque finish is offered as WDMA OP-4 / AWS system 5 and we can match any color. This finish is often referred to as “paint”. Industry standards do not recognize “paint” as a finish system, only opaque finishes, as “paint” is too generic of a term to be used as a designated architectural grade finish.

Manufacturing Options

With our combination of hand craftsmanship and technology, USAkustik is well-equipped to meet any project requirement.
Our in-house veneer lay up ensures superior quality control, shortens lead times, and provides us with greater opportunities to produce unique custom designs.
Our facilities can premachine, cut-to-size, edge band, and prefinish architectural acoustic paneling up to 72″ wide by 192″ long on a variety of core types. We are also able to manufacture curved veneered panels and custom acoustic shapes.

Our in-house lay-up of our own veneer faces is your assurance of superior quality. It allows for fast and effective customization of your designs. Additionally, we are able to provide you with a wide range of crotches and burls.
